Breakdown:
COACHES MUST CHECK-IN AT PSM FIELDHOUSE AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME TO RECEIVE PASSES AND CONFIRM YOUR TEAM ROSTER. EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE 3 ADMISSION PASSES FOR THE DAY (2-COACHES AND 1-SCOREKEEPER). CHECK-IN WILL BE SATURDAY (8am-4:30pm).
SPECTATOR ADMISSION:
*Saturday = $20, Sunday = $15, Weekend Pass = $30
*6 years old and younger are Free
EXPOSURE:
*BallerTV will be LIVE streaming the games this weekend at PSM FIELDHOUSE
SCHEDULE:
*The schedule will be posted on our tournament website and the Gym Rats App (downloading the Gym Rats App is encouraged)
*The schedule will be posted TUESDAY EVENING – April 7th
*We do NOT expect changes once the schedule is posted but PLEASE check the schedule again on Thursday for any updates.
*Any changes to first game times or locations made after 5:00pm on Thursday will be communicated directly

*In an effort to help your experience in Fort Wayne be the best of the season please be respectful of others.
*Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
*If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.

Important Infomation
EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER
FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS
Each team will need to be prepared to pay the $20 GRBA Registration Fee @ Check-in IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY PAID THIS FEE AT ANOTHER GRBA EVENT for the 2025/2026 season.
REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Hotel & Lodging
Gym Rats Basketball has a “Stay to Play” policy for all tournaments in Fort Wayne. This requires all participants (teams and guests) in need of hotel accommodations must make their reservations through My TBD Sports. This is a complimentary service and makes securing your rooms quick and easy. It is required that teams book their housing through this service to ensure placement in this tournament.
